About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
2 small bananas
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup flour (see step 4)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, mash bananas until there are no clumps.
Add peanut butter, chopped peanuts, cinnamon and combine.
Depending the type of peanut butter (runny or thick), you may need to add flour until it is no longer sticky and you can easily roll them into a ball. Add a tbsp at time. I did 1/4 cup in total!
Form into a ball and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Press each cookie ball lightly with a fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
Let cool and enjoy!
